PALISADES CHARTER LACROSSE
VICTIS HONOR
Coach's note:
At Pali we take our lacrosse program very seriously.  All players must
try out every year - even if they've already played on a Pali Lacrosse
team.  Pali Lacrosse rose from a small group of players in 2004, to
become a serious CIF contender in 2011 with over 100 young athletes
involved in the program.  Palisades Boys Varsity Lacrosse is undefeated
in CIF City Section League, with a record of 38-0. Both Varsity Girls
and Boys Programs have advanced to the US Lacrosse Southern
California Tournament for the last two years.  To preserve our winning
tradition and continue to improve our program, I would ask all
participants (parents and players alike) to respect the following:

  • From February 6 until May 15, Palisades Lacrosse comes before all
other sports.  No absences due to other "club" sports activities will
    be pardoned.
  • All games and practices should be considered mandatory.  Please
try to schedule family events around games.  There are about 25
players on each team.  Every player is expected to contribute and
    be there for his/her teammates.
  • Make it your responsibility to know the practice/game schedule and
be at practices 15 minutes prior to start and games 1 hour before
    start time.
  • Check this site on a regular basis for updates and other important
    information.
  • Be safe!  No self-diagnosis of injuries.  If you feel you are hurt,
you must go to your doctor and get clearance to practice/play or a
note stating you are unfit to practice from your doctor.
  • Players will receive a grade for playing lacrosse - 90% of that
grade is attendance.  Please make sure your players are at all
practices, chalk talks, team building events and games.
